Job summary

ORA Management & Development LLC, an Ohio-based hospitality company, is seeking a General Manager for a full-time on-site role in Mason, OH. You will lead hotel operations, mentor staff, and ensure adherence to brand standards across Hilton, IHG, and Marriott properties.

Qualifications

Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
Experience in hotel operations across front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance.
Strong financial acumen including budgeting and forecasting.
Proven sales, marketing, and revenue management experience in hospitality.
Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities.
Ability to analyze data and implement improvements.
Knowledge of Hilton, IHG, and Marriott brand standards.
Experience with hotel management systems and PMS.
