ZMC Hotels is seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead the Hampton Inn and Days Inn in Altus, OK. You will steer daily operations, motivate managers, and deliver a superior guest experience while running a profitable business.

You will oversee front office, housekeeping, breakfast, maintenance, and sales; recruit and develop talent; manage budgets, financial reporting, and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across front office, housekeeping, breakfast, maintenance, night audit, guest satisfaction, and sales.
• Market the hotel's quality product and services to exceed guests' expectations.
• Provide sales leadership and implement plans to achieve profitability goals.
• Recruit, hire, train and retain top talent delivering the WOW guest experience.
• Supervise and mentor hotel staff.
• Assist guests quickly and helpfully.
• Collaborate with departments to meet budgets and build strong working relationships.
• Motivate and ensure cleanliness and safety of the hotel.
• Create the hotel's annual budget and track performance.
• Produce and explain monthly financial reports.
• Deliver strong financial performance while maintaining guest relations.
• Collaborate and learn from other ZMC Hotels General Managers.
