Shaner Hotels seeks a General Manager for the 162-room Art Ovation Hotel, Autograph Collection in Sarasota, FL. The GM will lead all hotel operations, drive guest satisfaction, and oversee financial performance while upholding Shaner's core values and brand standards.

The role requires strategic leadership, team development, and cross-department collaboration to maximize occupancy, revenue, and guest experiences in a vibrant arts destination.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of hospitality leadership experience, including hotel operations management.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• CHA designation preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic leadership for all hotel operations.
• Achieve and exceed financial goals, revenue targets, and budget expectations.
• Develop and execute short- and long-range financial and operational objectives.
• Manage payroll, purchasing, and expense controls to maximize profitability.
• Ensure compliance with Shaner's policies, franchise standards, and procedures.
• Lead, coach, and develop department managers and associates to a high-performing workplace.
• Recruit, hire, train, motivate, evaluate, and retain top talent.
• Lead sales and marketing efforts to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to improve performance and guest satisfaction.
