Job summary

Arbor Lodging Management seeks a General Manager to lead hotel operations in Arcadia, CA. You will oversee front office, F&B, sales, housekeeping, and finance to deliver superior guest experiences and profitability.

Expose leadership across departments, mentor staff, and ensure compliance with brand standards and local regulations while driving guest satisfaction and financial results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in progressive hotel roles.
• AGM experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Admin, or similar field preferred.
• Strong management of large teams.
• Developed time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all hotel operations including front office, sales, housekeeping, human resources, food and beverage, maintenance, and accounting.
• Leads staff and maintains a friendly, service-oriented demeanor with guests and hotel staff.
• Manages financials, P&L, and payroll to maintain profitability.
• Ensures compliance with local and state licensing and permits.
• Drives staff development and continuous improvements in guest services.
