The role requires 5+ years in progressive hotel roles, AGM experience, and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Strong leadership and financial acumen are essential for success in a dynamic, guest‑focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ progressive hotel operations experience.
• Previous AGM experience required or equivalent senior leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all hotel operations including front office, sales, housekeeping, HR, F&B, maintenance and accounting.
• Leads staff with a friendly, service‑oriented approach and ensures guest satisfaction.
• Manages financials, P&L, and payroll to maintain profitability and budgets.
• Communicates goals and tasks clearly and ensures timely follow‑up with teams.
