Job summary

Ascent Hospitality Management is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the Hampton Inn in Enterprise, AL. This onsite, full-time role puts you in charge of day-to-day operations, financial performance, team development, and guest satisfaction.

You will drive brand standards, manage budgeting and forecasting, and build a high-performing team while cultivating a positive culture across the property.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field.
• 4-5 years of hotel management experience, GM or senior leadership preferred.
• Experience with branded hotel environments.
• Strong knowledge of P&L, budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and cost controls.
• Proficiency with MS Office and hotel operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead all hotel operations to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing hotel team.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, labor, and controllable expenses.
• Monitor P&L, revenue, occupancy, ADR and other metrics.
• Partner with Sales and operations to maximize revenue.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and company policies.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, payroll, and maintenance.
