Job summary

Waterford Hotel Group seeks a General Manager to maximize revenue, control expenses, and motivate a high-performing team. You will oversee operations, sales, marketing strategy, profitability and HR, guiding property-wide plans to meet guests' expectations and ROI.

The role requires strong leadership, guest focus, and hands-on management of all hotel departments. The ideal candidate has hotel GM experience, F&B background, and a track record of implementing payroll and inventory controls, while

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major.
• Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, management operations, or related area.
• Previous Hotel General Manager experience is required.
• Previous F&B experience required.
• Must pass a thorough background check.

Responsibilities

• Maximize revenue and minimize expenses while leading the hotel team.
• Oversee all aspects of property operation, including sales, marketing, profitability and human resources.
• Provide real-time feedback on service and standards to management and hourly staff.
• Lead development of property-wide strategies to meet guest expectations and ROI.
• Recruit, develop and coach the management team and oversee all departments (F&B, Housekeeping, Front Desk, Engineering, Finance).
