Job summary

Crestline Hotels & Resorts is seeking a General Manager to guide one of its multi-million dollar hotel operations with strong leadership and a commitment to unmatched guest service in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires 2+ years of GM experience or 4+ years as an Assistant General Manager in busy select-service hotels, plus proficiency with email, spreadsheets, and hotel/accounting systems. Premium-brand experience is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of General Manager experience in a busy Select Service Hotel.
• 4+ years as an Assistant General Manager in similar settings.
• Computer/Office skills; ability to communicate via email and analyze data.
• Experience with hotel information systems and accounting systems.
• Premium brand experience (Hilton, Hyatt, Marriott or IHG) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Focus on Revenue Index, Flex/Flow, and Guest Satisfaction to influence growth.
• Staff optimization by outlining mission and tools for leaders within 30 days.
• Develop relationships with Hotel Ownership and Field/Corporate Staff.
• Collaborate with Sales teams, including Regional Director and corporate leadership.
