Crestline Hotels & Resorts is seeking a General Manager to lead a multi-million-dollar hotel unit with strong leadership and exceptional customer service initiatives. The role requires balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution on the hotel floor in a fast-paced environment.

You will develop teams, maximize potential, and drive market growth while collaborating with Ownership, key leaders, and corporate staff to ensure strong performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years General Manager experience in a busy hotel, or 4+ years as an Assistant General Manager.
• Computer and Office skills; ability to communicate effectively via email and to manipulate data from spreadsheets/databases.
• Experience with hotel information systems and accounting systems used by the brand.
• Premium brand experience (Hilton, Hyatt, Marriott or IHG) preferred.
