Qualifications

• 2+ years GM experience in a busy Select Service Hotel.
• Proficiency with email communication and data extraction from spreadsheets.
• Experience with hotel information systems and accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Influence Revenue Index, Flex/Flow, and Guest Satisfaction metrics to improve outcomes.
• Staff optimization: develop a plan for leaders so they understand mission and deliver service excellence within 30 days.
• Develop relationships with Hotel Ownership and Field/Corporate Staff within the first 30 days.
• Collaborate with onsite Sales and Regional Director of Sales & Marketing leadership to drive performance.
