Hilton Richardson Dallas is seeking a Hotel General Manager to lead the full operation of the property, focusing on guest experience, team engagement, financial performance, and brand excellence.

You will set the tone, build culture, coach leaders, ensure brand standards and safety, and partner with Sales, Revenue, and Corporate teams to drive performance; be visible on the floor and with guests.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily hotel operations with a hands-on, people-first approach.

• Ensure brand standards, SOPs, and safety compliance are met.
