Job summary

Peachtree Group Hospitality seeks a General Manager to lead all hotel operations with empathy, clear communication, and a focus on financial performance. You will drive guest satisfaction, mentor teams, and partner with regional leadership to optimize revenue and profitability.

In this role you will oversee P&L, budgeting, payroll, and reporting while maintaining brand standards. A track record in major hospitality brands and relevant certifications is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current/prior hotel general manager experience or 3+ years in hotel rooms/operations/sales leadership within major brands (Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, etc.).
• Ability to defuse distressed associates/guests and achieve the best outcome.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Hospitality certifications (CHA, CHRM, CHSP) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic planning to all departments to maximize operations and guest satisfaction.
• Analyze monthly P&L statements with regional accounting and operations teams.
• Optimize revenues (room, F&B, etc.) to maximize profitability.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and retain top talent.
• Attend weekly revenue meetings led by regional revenue team.
• Oversee payroll and hotel-specific accounting duties with timeliness and accuracy.
