Job summary

Peachtree Group Hospitality is seeking a General Manager to lead all hotel operations with empathy, effective communication, and a focus on financial performance. You will cultivate teamwork to deliver an outstanding guest experience across departments.

You will drive revenue growth, manage monthly P&L with regional teams, recruit top talent, and coach staff to achieve brand standards while maintaining a culture of service and accountability.

Qualifications

• Current or prior GM experience in hotels or 3+ years in rooms/operations/sales leadership.
• Ability to de-escalate distressed associates and guests to achieve the best outcome.
• Ability to learn systems technology.
• Displays a high level of professionalism and presentation skills.
• Hospitality certifications (CHA, CHRM, CHSP) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic planning to all departments to maximize operations and guest satisfaction.
• Champion brand and company reputation to exceed performance standards.
• Contribute to financial forecasts and budgets.
• Analyze monthly P&L with regional accounting and operations teams.
• Optimize revenues (rooms, F&B) to maximize profitability.
• Provide training, development, coaching, and mentorship to staff.
• Recruit top talent through internal and external channels.
• Attend and contribute to weekly revenue meetings.
• Report as required by company and brand.
