Qualifications

• Proven experience as Hotel Manager or similar role with emphasis on sales.
• 3–5 years’ prior General Manager experience.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, budgeting, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all hotel departments to ensure profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Develop and implement sales, marketing programs and quarterly reports.
• Lead and develop department managers; conduct regular meetings.
• Prepare annual budgets and monitor performance.
• Ensure brand standards, safety, and asset protection.
