MCR is seeking a General Manager for the Homewood Suites BWI at Linthicum, MD to lead daily operations, uphold cleanliness and guest service standards, and manage team performance. You will oversee onboarding, audits, safety, scheduling, and training, ensuring compliance with brand standards and profitability.

• Prepare and review daily shift handovers and reports.
• Maintain brand standards and safety compliance across operations.
