The role involves leading a diverse team, ensuring safety, managing administrative duties, and contributing to sales and promotional efforts to boost occupancy. Bachelor's degree preferred, and willingness to hands-on in various hotel roles.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Guest Service: ensure every guest has an exceptional experience and address concerns proactively.
• Safety and Security: implement and uphold safety measures and conduct regular inspections.
• Hotel Operations: support daily operations and ensure departments function efficiently and meet brand standards.
• Sales and Marketing: assist in boosting occupancy and hotel visibility through promotions.
• Administrative Duties: assist with financial reporting, payroll, and cash handling.
• Staff Management: oversee recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management of staff.
• Hands-On Management: be prepared to perform any hotel role when needed.
