Job summary

Peachtree Group is seeking a General Manager to lead hotel operations with empathy, strategic vision, and a strong financial focus. You will drive guest satisfaction, optimize revenues, and coach a diverse team across departments. You’ll collaborate with regional teams to deliver outstanding service while meeting budgets and forecasts.

Qualifications include prior GM experience at major brands, strong P&L acumen, and excellent communication. CHA/CHRM certifications are a plus.

• Previous GM experience in hotels or comparable leadership roles in major brands.
• Strong P&L and budgeting skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic planning to all departments to maximize guest satisfaction.
• Champion brand reputation and exceed performance standards.
• Contribute to financial forecasts and budgets.
• Analyze monthly P&L with regional teams.
• Optimize revenues across rooms and F&B to maximize profitability.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.
• Lead weekly revenue meetings and reporting.
• Engage with the local community and external stakeholders.
• Oversee hotel-specific accounting duties including payroll.
