ISC’s team of Hospitality Recruiters is partnering with a leading Hospitality Group on a General Manager search to oversee the day-to-day sales/F&B/financials and more for a beautiful property in Washington state, about one and a half hours from Seattle.

The General Manager is responsible for managing all hotel operations, ensuring operational efficiency, exceptional guest experiences, and strong financial performance while maximizing profitability.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' hotel GM experience, required, preferably with Marriott experience.
• Full-service and brand hotel experience with quantifiable results in sales, finance and guest scores.
• Financial savvy, including P&L, flow through margin evaluation and influencing RevPAR.
• Heavy sales and F&B experience.
• Dedication to cultivating team-oriented learning environment.
• Ability to promote engagement, growth, and job satisfaction amongst team.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage day-to-day operations.
• Participate in development/review of annual budgets, marketing plans, and monthly/year-to-date financial performance metrics.
• Drive both guest and employee satisfaction.
• Actively drive rates and revenue strategy for maximum yield.
• Represent property in community.

The General Manager is responsible for managing all hotel operations, ensuring operational efficiency, exceptional guest experiences, and strong financial performance while maximizing profitability.

This General Manager will play a critical role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high service standards, responding proactively to guest and team member needs, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This position provides leadership across all hotel departments to ensure seamless collaboration, operational excellence, and maximum productivity.

General Manager Requirements- To qualify, you should have the following:
