Job summary

Moxy Richmond Downtown is seeking a visible, hands-on General Manager to lead a team in the heart of Richmond. You will drive revenue, manage labor and operating costs, and ensure the Moxy experience in every guest interaction, from check-in to lobby energy and service programs.

You will recruit, coach, and grow a crew that shares a positive culture while delivering strong financial results and market-driven strategies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive hotel operations experience
• 2 years as GM or 3 years as AGM or equivalent multi-department leader
• Experience with Marriott/Moxy brand preferred; hospitality experience required
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, P&L, labor and cost control skills
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Lead hotel operations and revenue management to meet targets
• Oversee rooms and food & beverage operations and bar service
• Manage budgets, financial targets, and cost controls
• Hire, coach and develop the hotel crew
• Maintain brand standards and guest experience across all touchpoints
• Build local partnerships and community relations to drive occupancy
