The Moxy Richmond Downtown, part of Shamin Hotels, is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead daily housekeeping and laundry operations, ensuring guest suites and public areas meet brand standards in a dynamic downtown setting.

You will hire, train, coach, and recognize associates, create schedules, manage inventories, and coordinate with front desk to ensure flawless room readiness while hitting cost targets and maintaining safety practices.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in hotel housekeeping, with 1+ year in a supervisor role.
• Positive attitude and leadership skills.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily housekeeping and laundry operations to keep guest suites clean, comfortable, and welcoming.
• Hire, train, coach, and recognize associates while setting clear performance expectations.
• Inspect rooms and public areas for missed details and ensure brand cleanliness standards.
• Create schedules based on occupancy, staffing needs, and labor goals.
• Manage linen, cleaning supplies, and equipment inventories to control costs.
• Coordinate room readiness with the front desk and report repairs to maintenance.
• Oversee lost and found procedures and promote safe cleaning practices.
• Hit productivity and labor cost targets with cost-control systems.
• Recognize and reward team members who go above and beyond for guests.
