POSITION PURPOSE AND SUMMARY

Compensation
Pay ranges vary by location and experience. For Colorado, Washington, California: $53,000 - $76,000 annually. For New York City: $57,000 - $87,000 annually. ESA Management, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
At least three years of related hospitality management experience; customer experience required. Valid driver's license and successful motor vehicle check required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
2-year degree preferred; basic computer skills; ability to manage multiple projects; bilingual in Spanish beneficial.
ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
Work may involve outdoor conditions, exposure to mechanical parts, chemicals, and travel. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES & COMPETENCIES
Proficiency in English; effective communication; ability to manage staff and projects; conversational Spanish preferred.
