CUSA, LLC, a leading hotel management company, is seeking a Hotel General Manager with Marriott Brand Experience for the 57-room Fairfield Inn in Middletown, Ohio. The ideal candidate should have previous Marriott Hotel general management experience. Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily operations of a Marriott-branded hotel
• Drive revenue and profitability
• Exceed MPI, ARI, and RGI metrics
• Maintain high guest service scores in 'Intent to Recommend' and 'Elite Appreciation'
• Recognize Marriott Bonvoy members and enroll new members
