Do you have a proven track record of success in hotel management and desire to grow your career to the next level? As a General Manager for Holiday Inn Cincinnati - Liberty Way, you'll have the opportunity to apply what you know, strengthen leadership skills, and much more.

The Holiday Inn Cincinnati - Liberty Way has completed a major renovation and is set up for success in 2025. You will be responsible for maintaining a team of 15 team members ranging from the front desk, housekeeping, bar & restaurant. This is an excellent opportunity to step into an existing dedicated operations team and ramp up sales for the property.

Responsibilities upon opening the hotel:
  • Oversee all aspects of operations by exercising demonstrated knowledge and experience in all phases of hotel management, including sales and marketing, human resources, food and beverage, budget and forecast management, rooms, housekeeping, and maintenance.
  • Provide vision, leadership, and strategy to inspire your associates to deliver exceptional service and drive financial success. A strong hotel management background and passion for hospitality are essential. Your passion for service is contagious, and you are a natural coach who loves to build effective teams and inspire individuals.
  • Enable innovation and drive results through successful sales and marketing campaigns, understanding dynamic revenue management, and driving profit via strong financial controls.
  • Build a rapport with ownership by partnering closely to understand their priorities and exceed expectations.

  • Ability to maximize hotel revenue through market segmentation.
