Job Title: Hotel Property General Manager

Location: Avid Airport, Nashville TN

Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property General Manager to lead our team and oversee all aspects of the property's operation. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing general property performance, sales and marketing strategy, profitability, revenue generation, and delivering a return on investment to ownership. As the primary strategic business leader, you will lead the team in the development and implementation of property-wide strategies, while acting as a steward and key leader in reinforcing Athena Hospitality culture.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and sustain sales and marketing strategy to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed guest expectations.

- Develop and implement property-wide strategies to improve overall performance and profitability.

- Build and maintain relationships with key customers to drive sales and revenue growth.

- Lead the team in the development and implementation of brand service strategy and brand initiatives.

- Develop and maintain strong associate teams through effective leadership, coaching, and mentoring.

- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

- Manage financial performance to deliver a return on investment to ownership.

- Act as a key leader in reinforcing Athena Hospitality culture and values.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability.

- Ability to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.

- Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to hotel operations.

- Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets and financial performance.

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.

- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
