Now Hiring: Hotel General Manager

CUSA, LLC, one of the most successful hotel management companies in the industry, is searching for a Hotel General Manager. Experience with major brands, specifically IHG, is required for managing a mid-scale, limited-service IHG hotel.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and oversee all hotel departments daily.
2. Achieve top-line revenue targets and manage bottom-line profitability.
3. Build and develop a strong team, provide brand training, and ensure adherence to brand standards.
4. Manage expenses and implement cost-cutting measures.
5. Exceed brand-specific metrics such as fair share, customer service, and enrollment goals.
6. Monitor and improve STR performance metrics including MPI, ARI, and RGI.
7. Deliver exceptional guest service to foster loyalty and positive guest feedback.
