Nbutexas in Michigan's Upper Peninsula is seeking an experienced Hotel General Manager to lead a landmark property. You will oversee front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, F&B, sales, and financial performance to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong P&L skills, and the ability to build a cohesive team. We offer $75,000–$90,000 plus three weeks of PTO, employee discounts, and a culture that values balance and service.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hotel leadership experience; AGM or GM experience preferred.
• Experience leading teams across multiple hotel departments.
• Strong understanding of P&L management, labor control, revenue, and guest satisfaction metrics.
• Working knowledge of hotel management systems and reporting tools.
• Confident, approachable leadership style.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a background check.
