Description

We are seeking a hands-on, high-energy Hotel General Manager with strong operations management and limited-service experience to oversee three hotels: Fairfield Inn & Suites, Holiday Inn Express, and Hampton Inn, all located in Oakhurst, California.

In this leadership role, you will have the opportunity to drive excellent business results by utilizing your strong business skills while ensuring the delivery of outstanding guest service.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will perform the following duties:

  1. Establish daily priorities, direct operations, and ensure all guest services run smoothly and efficiently.
  2. Ensure full compliance with hotel operating controls, policies, procedures, and brand standards.
  3. Lead key property issues including capital projects, maintenance, and improvements.
  4. Resolve guest complaints and oversee the service recovery process.
  5. Manage the hotel’s operating budget to ensure profitability, revenue, and guest satisfaction targets are met.
  6. Make decisions in the best interest of the hotel and management.
  7. Lead and perform sales efforts.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of three years' experience as a hotel general manager.
  • Understanding of brand standards adherence and compliance.
  • Limited-service brand experience.
  • Knowledge of best accounting and financial control practices.
Compensation

$80,000 - $85,000 annually.
