Job summary

O’Reilly Hospitality Management, LLC is hiring a Hotel Front Office Manager for the Cambria Hotel Copper Mountain, Colorado. You will oversee daily front desk operations, supervise shifts, and ensure exceptional guest service while coordinating with housekeeping, F&B, sales and engineering to maximize RevPAR and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

Front Office Manager requires supervisory experience; strong guest service focus.
Associate's or bachelor's degree in hospitality management, management, or business.
Experience with brand PMS and basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily front desk operations and shifts.
Maintain OHM brand standards and world-class guest service.
Collaborate with housekeeping, F&B, sales and engineering.
