Job summary

Cambria Hotel Copper Mountain in Frisco, CO is hiring a Hotel Front Office Manager to oversee daily front desk operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. The role may include supervising the breakfast and F&B team and coordinating with housekeeping, sales, and engineering to maintain service quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front desk operations and guest services to ensure consistency and quality.
• Supervise front desk staff on shifts; may include breakfast and F&B oversight.
• Maintain OHM and brand standards, drive guest satisfaction and service improvement.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, F&B, sales, and engineering for smooth operations.
• Assist in budget planning, revenue meetings, and cost control within the front office.
