Cambria Hotel Copper Mountain, Frisco, CO, is seeking a highly organized Front Office Manager to oversee daily front desk operations and supervise the team across shifts. You will ensure exceptional guest service, maintain brand standards, and support breakfast/F&B functions as needed.

The role requires 2+ years in supervisory roles, a hospitality/management degree, and strong communication. Expect collaboration with other departments to drive profitability and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Two-year supervisory experience and/or equivalent management background.
• Associate's or bachelor’s degree in hospitality, management, or business.
• Experience in hotel front office operations is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee front desk operations and supervise shifts with a focus on guest service.
• Ensure brand standards and OHM expectations across departments are met.
• Achieve revenue goals and manage departmental budgets.
• Liaise with housekeeping, F&B, sales and engineering to maximize efficiency.
• Lead recruitment, training, and performance development for staff.
