Kolter Hospitality is seeking a Front Office Manager to lead the front desk team and ensure an exceptional guest experience at our Port Everglades area hotel. You will oversee check-in/check-out, resolve guest issues, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to keep rooms ready and fully stocked.

You will hire and train staff, manage schedules and payroll, and ensure accurate financial reporting while upholding brand standards and a professional image for guests and associates alike.

Formación

• Three (3) plus years of relevant experience in the hotel industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in hotel management or equivalent is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all aspects of front desk operations for the assigned shift.
• Ensure front office team delivers brand promise and exceptional guest service.
• Greet and check-in guests, handle issues courteously and resolve problems satisfactorily.
• Hire, train, coach and discipline front office staff.
• Assist with weekly schedules and payroll accuracy.
• Ensure uniform, grooming, and brand standard training compliance.
• Maintain financial records, money handling, and reporting accuracy.
• Block VIP rooms and long-stay rooms in advance; coordinate with housekeeping/engineering for maintenance.
