The Springhill Suites Bettendorf, operated by Frontier Hospitality Group, is seeking an experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team. If you are a hands-on leader with a passion for guest service, you may be a great fit for our fast-paced hotel.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of supervisory experience, experience with front desk operations, and a strong focus on revenue-minded service. Evening and weekend availability preferred; we offer a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a hotel or hospitality setting.
• Strong guest service focus and hands-on leadership.
• Marriott experience preferred; familiarity with FOSSE is a plus.

The Springhill Suites in Bettendorf is seeking an experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join the team!

The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience, at least 3 years of supervisory experience, and will be responsible for working closely with the Front Desk Manager to oversee all aspects of the front desk operations. We offer an excellent training environment!

This individual will be responsible for meeting all guest service standards, managing front desk staff, and all performance-related tasks that promote maximum hotel revenue. Marriott experience is strongly preferred and prior FOSSE experience is a plus!
