Responsibilities

• Receiving accommodation reservations from visitors
• Taking the details of arriving guests including payment information
• Allocating rooms to all guests
• Providing information about hotel procedures, policies, and facilities
• Handling guest requests and inquiries
• Issuing receipts and balancing cash drawer for shifts
• Maintaining guest reservations per security requirements
• Assisting guests with safety deposit boxes as outlined by GM
• Performing routine cleaning and reporting needed repairs
