Oak Grove Racing, Gaming & Hotel on Oak Grove, KY is seeking a Front Desk Clerk Lead to register guests, issue keys, handle payments, and manage reservations. You will support the Hotel & Housekeeping Supervisor and train new team members.

The role requires a high school diploma, customer service knowledge, and the ability to obtain a Kentucky gaming license. You must be available weekends, holidays, and nights, with cash handling and occupancy-maximizing focus.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service.
• Able to obtain and maintain a valid Kentucky gaming/racing license.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests, register and assign rooms; issue keys and verify IDs.
• Keep records of room availability and guest accounts; balance cash.
• Make and confirm reservations; handle payments and postings.
• Answer calls and route to proper extensions; assist with inquiries about services.
• Instruct and guide front desk staff; assist supervision in daily operations.
• Monitor room blocks and occupancy; communicate with housekeeping and maintenance.
• Resolve guest issues and complaints promptly to maintain satisfaction.
