Responsibilities

• Supervise front desk and housekeeping staff; plan daily room servicing.
• Assist in developing front office strategy for guest service and satisfaction.
• Ensure housekeeping inspections are completed for check-outs.
• Support inventory and financial controls to maximize profitability.
• Coordinate room inventory to optimize occupancy and average daily rate.
• Oversee room assignments and daily inspections of rooms/public areas.
• Maintain procedures for cash handling and security of monies.
• Guide Sundries and front desk staff in daily tasks.
• Ensure proper storage/organization of Sundries Shop items.
• Communicate with other departments to coordinate guest groups.
• Other duties as assigned.
