Qualifications

• Two years of customer service experience; hotel front desk experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED; basic computer skills.
• Clear background check and pre-employment drug screen; gaming license required.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests.
• Answer telephone professionally and relay messages.
• Manage guest accounts and process payments.
• Promote casino/resort initiatives and build guest awareness.
• Maintain security with proper key control and incident reporting.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
