Qualifications

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and reservation systems is expected.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and check them in and out efficiently.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure room readiness.
• Manage bookings in-person, online, and via phone; answer guest inquiries.
• Address and resolve guest complaints as needed.
• Provide guests with correct room numbers and keys and general information.
