Qualifikationen

• Proficient in basic math.
• Previous cash handling experience preferred.
• Professional appearance and demeanor required.
• Must pass a drug test.
• Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training in hotel operations.
• Maintain knowledge of current property events, promotions and attractions.
• Must have outgoing personality and be able to generate business.
• Must be able to work independently with little supervision.
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

• Ensures guest contact is courteous, informative and thorough.
• Represents Harrah’s Gulf Coast and serves as a hotel representative.
• Keeps the front desk area neat and stocked with supplies.
• Strives to reduce guest wait times and improve service ratings.
• Answers guest questions and incoming calls promptly.
• Performs cash handling tasks per procedures.
• Maintains knowledge of hotel, events, and promotions.
• Handles accurate check-in/check-out and billing, including payments.
• Posts charges and manages folios; maintains operating bank.
• Follows safety guidelines and cross-trains as needed.
• Monitors area for underage gambling and enforces policy.
• Promotes Caesars Rewards programs and other offerings.
• Other duties as assigned.
