Responsibilities

• Answer calls promptly and courteously to hotel and event guest inquiries.
• Process and verify all reservations from all sources for guests, groups, and events.
• Handle guest disputes and financial transactions per company policy.
• Ensure room keys issued and guest accounts settled at departure.

Education
