Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and check them in and out of the hotel.
• Assist guests with hotel inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
• Issue room keys and manage wake-up calls as needed.
• Answer questions about services, hours, dining, and events.
• Process charges and settle bills by card or cash.
• Maintain guest records and daily reconciliations.
• Assign rooms and coordinate housekeeping and maintenance lists.
• Screen and route telephone calls and maintain logs.
• Handle guest requests and resolve complaints with hospitality.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
