Job summary

Maadaadizi Investments seeks a Front Desk Clerk for the Embassy Suites Oklahoma City Will Rogers World Airport. The role greets guests, checks them in and out, handles registrations, and provides concierge services with a focus on accuracy and courtesy.

Ideal candidates have hospitality/customer service experience, basic computer skills, and a valid driver’s license. The position requires standing and moving for up to 8 hours with flexibility in scheduling.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English for guest interaction and communication.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds.
• Stand and move for up to 8 hours with good mobility.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Ability to kneel, bend, stoop and twist as needed.
• Basic computer skills for registration and payments.
• Experience in customer service oriented roles is preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and check in/out in a courteous, efficient manner.
• Handle cashiering, registrations, and basic guest inquiries.
• Provide concierge services and accurate information.
• Assist with daily front desk operations with minimal supervision.
• Coordinate with shuttle transport to and from the airport.
• Keep front desk and public areas clean and organized.
