Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Check guests and vendors in and out, manage reservations and phones.
• Greet customers and manage walk-in traffic, sign in guests as needed.
• Register and assign rooms, provide quotes and upsell when possible.
• Verify charges are posted to guest folios and collect payments.
• Coordinate front desk with housekeeping and other departments.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints within scope of authority.
