Job summary

Automatic Data Processing, Inc. is seeking a Front Desk Associate at QUALITY INN MAMMOTH in Mammoth, CA. This full-time role requires a friendly, guest-oriented professional to manage check-ins/outs, answer phones, and provide local information with accuracy and courtesy.

You will support breakfast service, assist with reservations, maintain a clean lobby, and coordinate with two hotel locations. Strong computer and communication skills, reliability, and willingness to work varied shifts are

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong computer, typing, and technology skills.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and all shifts, including overnight.
Flexibility to work at two different hotel locations on different days as scheduled.
Willingness to cover shifts on short notice.

Responsibilities

Register guests, issue room keys, answer phones, and provide hotel information.
Process reservations, cancellations, modifications, and cash/credit transactions.
Maintain proficiency in the PMS and front office equipment and brand training.
Perform administrative duties including data entry, reporting, and logs.
Maintain clean, welcoming lobby and breakfast areas.
Assist with breakfast preparation and meeting room setup.
Follow policies to protect guest privacy, safety and security.
Work with management and other departments at both locations.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Be humble, respectful, friendly, and guest-service oriented.
