The Verve Hotel - Boston Natick is seeking a Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for guests and to help create a welcoming and memorable stay.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, efficiently checking them in and out, addressing requests, and coordinating with hotel departments to ensure seamless experiences. Strong communication and the ability to multitask are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
