Job summary

RRI West is seeking a friendly and dependable Full-Time Front Desk Guest Service Representative for our Red Roof Inn Canton location. The ideal candidate will be available for weekends and holidays and will serve as the face of the property, helping guests with check-in/out and requests.

Responsibilities include handling reservations, communicating with housekeeping, and using the front desk system to process transactions and reports.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Hotel front desk experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable and detail-oriented.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality for all shifts.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.

• Welcome guests and assist with check-in/out, wake-up calls, and guest concerns.
• Take reservation requests and adjust reservations as needed.
• Collaborate with management and team to ensure an excellent guest experience.
• Operate front desk computer system to complete transactions and run reports.
• Coordinate with housekeeping on room availability and guest needs.

Starting Pay: Up to 13.50 /hour depending on experience

We are currently seeking a Full-Time front desk GSR to become the face of our property. Candidates must be available for weekends and holidays.

We are looking for individuals that can be open for all shifts:

• First 7am to 3pm
• Second 3pm to 11pm
• Night Audit 11pm to 7am

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of customer service experience is preferred.
• Hotel front desk experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable and detailed- oriented.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are required for all scheduled shifts.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.

WHAT DOES A DAY AS A FRONT DESK REPRESENTATIVE LOOK LIKE?

• Works with Hotel Management and other team members to provide an excellent guest experience.

• Communicate with the housekeeping team to be aware of room availability or guests.
