Job summary

RRI West invites friendly and dependable candidates to join our Red Roof Inn Fairmont location as a full-time Front Desk Guest Service Representative. You will be the face of the property, handling check-ins, reservations, and guest inquiries with a focus on hospitality.

We value reliability, strong communication, and teamwork. Shifts include a mix of 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm, with weekends and holidays required. In-person location supports career growth and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Hotel front desk experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable and detailed-oriented.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are required for all scheduled shifts.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes guests and assists with check-in/check-out, wake-up calls, and guest requests.
• Take reservation requests and adjust reservations as needed.
• Collaborate with Hotel Management and team members to ensure an excellent guest experience.
• Use the front desk computer system to complete transactions and run reports.
• Coordinate with housekeeping regarding room availability and guest needs.

Starting Pay: Up to $13.00/hour

We are currently seeking a Full-Time front desk GSR to become the face of our property. Candidates must be available for weekends and holidays.

We are looking for individuals that can work the following shifts:

• Mixture of 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Hotel front desk experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable and detailed- oriented.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are required for all scheduled shifts.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.

WHAT DOES A DAY AS A FRONT DESK REPRESENTATIVE LOOK LIKE?
