Job summary

Westin Wilmington is seeking a Floor Inspector to join our housekeeping team. You will lead room attendants, assign tasks, and ensure each guest room and public area meets our cleanliness standards, creating a welcoming and comfortable stay.

You will train staff on SOPs, monitor schedules, and collaborate with supervisors to maintain smooth operations. This role requires 1–3 years of related experience and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of related housekeeping experience.
• Must have a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong people skills and a customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead housekeeping team, assign and review work.
• Ensure on-schedule staffing, inspect rooms and public areas, supervise laundry, and handle guest interactions.
• Provide training on SOPs and standards.
