Westin Wilmington is seeking a Floor Inspector to ensure our housekeeping team delivers a tidy, welcoming guest room. You will lead room attendants, review work, and help maintain high cleanliness standards to create a comfortable home-away-from-home.

You should have 1–3 years of related experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. The role requires physical stamina, flexibility for nights and weekends, and a customer-focused attitude to uphold our standards.

Formación

• 1–3 years of related housekeeping supervision experience.
• Must be a people person with strong customer service orientation.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and review work of housekeeping staff.
• Ensure schedule adherence and room/public area cleanliness.
• Provide training on SOPs and departmental standards.
• Monitor costs related to purchasing and labor.
