Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year of experience in hotel housekeeping, with lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Proven ability to inspect and evaluate room cleanliness according to standards.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-the-floor inspections of all cleaned guest rooms and public spaces to verify cleanliness and presentation.
• Provide feedback and training to housekeepers based on inspection results.
• Maintain quality standards and enforce housekeeping policies across all rooms.
• Identify and report maintenance deficiencies or safety hazards promptly.
• Monitor supplies and inventory, coordinating with the Housekeeping Manager.
• Support efficient workflow and communicate with other departments.
• Address guest requests or complaints regarding cleanliness tactfully.
