Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in St. Louis is seeking a Staff Accountant to support the Finance Department. You will oversee journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting while ensuring policy compliance and accurate payroll and accounts payable activities.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance, 2–3 years of similar experience, and fluent English. This on-site position offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits within a luxury hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role required.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and spoken English required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries and maintain general ledger accuracy.
• Perform bank and other account reconciliations; resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare financial statements, reports and schedules for management.
• Provide documentation and assistance for internal and external audits.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls; collaborate across teams.
